I used to have a really out of control habit of eating my feelings when I felt stressed , worried, or anxious. Then I would beat myself up, which made me feel worse!! But I learned how to face what I was feeling and not use food to comfort myself. I also felt out of control because once I indulged in a treat, I wouldn’t stop with a single serving which totally set-back my progress towards living a healthier lifestyle. I overcame that by getting into the habit of making sure my choices were in alignment with what I wanted to accomplish for myself. Now, I keep the vision of a fit and fabulous body in front of me and that helps me to get right back on track and keep moving forward!
